Workspace and Units

• The Centre comprises 18 workshops and 12 offices, ranging from 180 sq ft to 800 sq ft and priced from £350 + VAT per month
• All are offered on short term licences, enabling you to move in and out at short notice. This enables you to match your accommodation requirements with your business needs
• Generally, we ask for 2 months’ rent as  returnable deposit, plus 2 references and then you can move in

The licence fee is inclusive of:

• Central Reception 5 days a week from 8.30 am to 5.15 pm
